As Zach Bryan’s ticket sales agent on the Burn Burn Burn tour and at his request, AXS is facilitating a ticket resale marketplace where prices will match their initial sales price to give as many fans as possible a chance to buy tickets at the prices set by Zach.
Q: Is there a waitlist I can be added on to if tickets become available for purchase?
A: Yes. You can register for the waitlist by selecting the event you wish to attend below. If you registered for tickets during the Fair AXS Registration Timeframe and were not able to secure tickets, you were automatically added to a waitlist for your selected event date(s).
Q: Can I join the waitlist for another show date I didn’t previously register for?
A: Yes. Scroll down to the Tour Listings section and select “Waitlist” to the event of your choice.
Q: What do I do if no tickets are available from the waitlist?
A: Limited tickets may become available in the future to the waitlist should the tour be able to release any additional inventory. As fans’ plans change, additional tickets may also become available on the Zach Bryan Marketplace. If no tickets are currently available, check back at a later date when fans may have an opportunity to purchase tickets from other fans who cannot attend.
Q: If I was not able to secure tickets during the initial sale period, where and how will I be able to purchase tickets?
A: Since tickets have already been sold through the Fair AXS registration, there are two ways you can purchase tickets in the future:
Zach Bryan Marketplace -- The only source authorized by Zach Bryan to buy resale tickets from other AXS ticketholders at their initial price. Some states have laws that do not allow artists to limit the price of tickets in resale. In those states, Zach may be legally prevented from imposing his price cap.
Waitlist – If tickets should become available from the tour, fans on the waitlist will be notified of when ticket sales will start along with a purchase link to the waitlist. Note: Ensure that “AXS.com” is on your list of safe senders so that emails don’t get blocked or filed in junk folders by your email provider.
Q: Does AXS set the prices of original issue (primary market) tickets sold on AXS.com?
A: No, AXS does not set ticket prices, the artist/event presenter sets the prices of tickets sold on AXS.
Q: Who sets the prices on resale (secondary market) tickets?
A: The ticket reseller, subject to any terms and conditions of the artist imposed on listing tickets when tickets were originally sold in the primary market. Please note that Zach Bryan is only permitting resale on his official Zach Bryan Marketplace and tickets cannot be sold above face value.
Q: Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
A: No, tickets are non-transferable. The entire party must be present with the original ticket purchaser to enter the venue.
Q: I can no longer attend the show I bought tickets for. What are my options?
A: You can resell your AXS tickets for face value on the Zach Bryan Marketplace by logging into your AXS account.
Q: Is the Zach Bryan Marketplace the only artist-authorized website to resell my tickets that I bought on AXS?
A: Yes. Tickets posted and sold on 3rd Party resale sites will not be valid for entry.
Q: Does everyone in my party need to be present upon entering the venue?
A: Yes. Everyone who you’ve purchased tickets for, including the ticket purchaser, must all enter the venue together. If a fan is late and not the ticket purchaser, the purchaser must meet their friend at the gate and enter together.
Q: Do I need to bring my ID on the night of the show?
A: Yes. Venues will check IDs at the door upon entry for the show. Full names of the purchasing fans’ IDs must match the name of the fan’s AXS Mobile ID in the app.
Q: If I registered for multiple shows, was I disqualified from being selected to purchase tickets to any of those shows?
A: No. Fans who registered for more than one show were not disqualified.
Q: I registered for tickets, and I wasn’t invited to purchase. Why?
A: More fans registered to buy tickets than the total number of tickets available for dates across the whole tour. Unfortunately, not all fans who registered for tickets received an invitation to purchase. Fans were selected and invited to buy tickets at random, and many who registered didn’t get a chance to purchase.
Q: I received an invite to purchase tickets, but by the time I tried to buy, tickets were sold out. Why?
A: Due to limited inventory, tickets were sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: When can I purchase tickets to the Red Rocks Amphitheater show?
A: Tickets to the show at Red Rocks Amphitheater will be available for purchase the morning of the show date. The first group of selected fans have already been notified and will be able to purchase tickets to the two upcoming Red Rocks Amphitheater shows on the day of the event between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST. Emails with purchase links and further instructions will be sent to those previously selected fans on June 23, 2023. If you’ve been selected, ensure AXS is on your safe sender’s email list, so you don’t miss the opportunity to purchase tickets. If there are any tickets remaining after the 12:00 PM MST cutoff time, an invitation will be sent out to a second group of selected fans who will have the opportunity to purchase the remaining tickets.
Q: Am I guaranteed tickets to the Red Rocks Amphitheater shows if I’ve been selected?
A: If you’ve been selected for the Red Rocks Amphitheater shows, you are guaranteed 2 tickets to purchase on the day of the concert between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST. After that time, ticket availability will not be guaranteed, but inventory may still be available and sold on a first come first served basis.
Please note that non-AXS ticketed dates on the tour may have different terms and conditions; these terms apply to tickets originally sold on AXS.com.
*In addition, please note that certain of the above terms such as limiting resale prices to the initial sales price may not apply in states such as CO, CT, IL, NY, and VA which have enacted laws that do not allow artists to restrict resale to keep prices low and require resellers be able to sell at any price they determine regardless of the artist’s price rules.
